I have been part of the Advocate Finance team since 2019 and thoroughly enjoy working with clients across the UK, helping them find the right finance solutions to achieve their property goals.
Having worked in the finance sector throughout my career, I joined Advocate Finance after working for a national house builder, where I gained valuable insight into the property and construction industry. This experience has given me a strong understanding of both the finance and property sectors, enabling me to support clients through every stage of their property journey.
In June 2020, I achieved my CeMAP qualification, and in July 2026, I became a Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP). The CPSP qualification is designed for specialist property finance advisers, covering complex lending structures, commercial mortgages, bridging and development finance, lending proposals, exit strategies, as well as regulation and compliance. These qualifications allow me to provide informed guidance across a wide range of property finance scenarios.
I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals, whether their finance requirements are simple or complex. I take a friendly, professional approach and pride myself on providing clear communication throughout the process.
I arrange a wide range of finance solutions, including buy-to-let, bridging, development, commercial and semi-commercial lending. Throughout my career, I have completed numerous auction purchases, refurbishment projects and a complex £4m semi-commercial refinance.
Bridging finance is a particular specialism of mine, and I enjoy helping clients bring their property investment and refurbishment projects to life.
