What products do we offer?

  • We offer a wide range of mortgages and loans secured on the property(s) including buy-to-let mortgages, Commerical Mortgages, Bridging loans and Property Development loans.
  • We offer mortgages and loans from a panel of lenders. Ask us for a list of lenders we offer from.
  • We will advise and make recommendations for you after we have assessed your needs.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

  • Our fees will vary depending on the type, amount and complexity of each enquiry. You will be provided with a specific fee quote at the time of enquiry.
  • We may receive commission from the lender as well as receiving fees separately from you. For the avoidance of doubt these sums are subject to the terms of our arrangements with the lender who pays that commission.
  • The amount of this commission will be disclosed in the lender’s mortgage/loan offer.

Who regulates us?

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

  • Your transaction may be covered by the FSCS for regulated transactions only. The FSCS is the UK’s statutory Deposit insurance and investors’ compensation scheme for customers of authorised financial services firms. FSCS exists to protect customers of financial services firms that have failed.
