Having found a great BMV portfolio, I wanted to find a broker that could find the best solution for me, knowing that I specifically wanted to refinance out of the discount asap to get my funds reinvested and back into play with another transaction asap.
Henry was recommended to me and from the outset he understood what I needed which included a lender tat would allow investor finance and a 2yr fix product with low ERCs. Once we found the solution, Henry continued to build trust as he helped me through every step of the process; was very proactive and worked quickly and efficiently. In the end, the transaction took longer than I wanted to complete, but I suppose when buying 9 properties at the same time it’s not 9 times as long as a single, but somewhat more complicated, most of the delays were with solicitors to be fair. Overall, I’m really happy with the product Henry found, the service I received and of course the outcome, and already have him looking at the next one, an 8 property portfolio.

I've used Advocate Finance twice now. My broker is Henry Barley, ably supported by his colleague Emily, so I always get prompt responses. What I like about Advocate is that they are properly independent, so they beat the more usual brokers that I initially used and the fee is much lower too. Rationally, using a truly independent broker is obviously better. There is a reason I keep going back!!
