Following 20 years in Banking, I formed Advocate Finance Ltd in 2006 in order to provide the best advice and property finance solutions to Property Investors and Businesses. 

My passion is to find solutions on complex cases and match lenders from our panel of 100+ lenders that can provide the best solution. 

This can be pricing but also finding a lender partner that understands the client and their requirements over their short and long term objectives.

My Expertise

Complex cases with a typical loan size of £500,000 to £10 million.

Although I have experience in complex buy to let, bridging and property development, my main focus is now on: Commercial mortgages & Semi-Commercial mortgages.
