Emily Kerr

I have been part of the Advocate Finance team since 2021 working as a Property Finance Co-ordinator for Megan and Henry.

In November 2024, I successfully passed the full CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 Certificates in Mortgage Advice & Practice and started Advising in 2025.

I enjoy the challenge of the investment mortgage market, and since passing my qualifications, I have completed on numerous cases for my clients.

In my spare time I enjoy caring for my horse and running.
