David Tonks won the Finance Broker of the Year award at the Annual Property Investors awards, which celebrated excellence in property investing!

Advocate Finance are based in Colchester, Essex and provide a dedicated service to property landlords and investors in arranging mortgages and loans. David has grown the business over the last twelve years from being the sole Adviser to a staff of six. Based in Elmstead Market, Colchester, the offices are easily accessible and clients are welcome to pop in to discuss their requirements, in person.  If preferred, their needs can be dealt with via a phone call.  Advocate Finance are relocating to new, state-of-the-art offices on the Lanswoodpark Business Centre complex and looking to expand even further in 2019.
