This link to the OFT public register will allow you to verify our OFT licence. On the first page in an option to search the register. Please click on this link it will take you to a page where you can then enter our licence number 629634. Here you will see the confirmation of our licence. This is not the most user friendly of web sites, so please let us know if you have any problems and we will talk you through how to use it.

Data Protection Registration

The public body that regulates data protection is the Information Commissioner’s office. They have a public register that you can access and verify that a business is registered to hold personal, private and confidential information. Our entry to this register is under registration number Z1654205.

Any information collected will be held securely and used in accordance with the purpose of obtaining finance or a mortgage for you.

Financial Services Authority (FSA)

The FSA register is an on-line register that allows customers to validate a businesses registration. Advocate Finance Ltd are registered under number 540247. Please note buy to let mortgages and commercial/business mortgages are not regulated by the FSA.
