We have access to the whole of the UK market and specialise in arranging both Prime/full status and non conforming/self certification mortgages/Non status loans. A brief description of each is shown below:
 
Prime/Full status
These mortgages are offered by Building Societies and the High Street Banks. For credit worthly customers loans up to 90% of the valuation or purcahse price can be arranged without any additional security and interest rates can be at low at 0.75% above Base rates.
They will require at least 1 years trading accounts and preferrable 3 years trading accounts are needed for the best rates. Terms of up to 30 years are also now available and interest only periods for the full term of the loan
Non conforming/
Self Cert/       
Non status       
If you are a new start business, have no accounts, don't have a large deposit or have CCJ's and arrears and therefore need a period to rapair your credit profile, then we have access to a panel of specialist lenders than can provide these mortgages.
